I have been traveling around the world to martial arts schools for many years. There have been times in the past that I just walked in to a school and was totally ignored. I sat for 15 minutes and not one person came over to speak to me or ask if I needed any help. The bad thing is they didn't even know who I was, I could have been the guy who ran the orphanage down the road and had two hundred kids I wanted to enroll or even a father of 5.
There have been other schools that really were breathtaking. They looked more like a posh restaurant, Starbucks, hair salon or even a day spa. My goal is to give you tours of schools so you can see what you are up against. My "Dojo Tour" internet TV show is going to be a cross between "Extreme Home Makeover" and "Kitchen Nightmares."
We are going to see from the camera's point of view what the school is all about and on some episodes you may even see changes in the school based upon my recommendations.

Some of the systems that My wife, Melissa Johnson and I use (My wife and I are equal partners in the academy) are:
Referral Program with Free Testings and Gear Incentives -This has been working very well. We use your same basic model.
We switched to your attendance cards. We like this because now we call every monday any student who has not attended in a week. Because of the manual nature of the cards, it requires that you not be lazy. It is so easy to not check martial soft. We do enter the attendance in Martial Soft As well.
100 Clubs for students who perform their patterns 100 times in home practice in a training cycle. They get a medal the first 2 times. On the 3rd time, they get a trophy. If they do 6 (which is an entire year of 100 clubs), they get a large trophy.
We mixed your intent to promote with our stars system. The students get stars awarded for their assesment by the teacher, and mom and dad have to sogn off as well.
We are very big on project based leadership programs. We have raised thousands of dollars for charity in our short 3 years of owning our school.

From what I heard this was actually 25 minutes long and he had to fight with the movie company to even get this small clip in the movie. I trained with Take Shihan Seagal many times and he was amazing. In fact, he blessed my daughter Kiara before she was born and
was instrumental in early detection on her mom's breast Cancer. Point blank he told us to go get checked out. We said we just got back from the Dr. for a check up for our baby. He said no this is something different and then said, it is here and pointed to almost the exact spot of the breast cancer.
We need to actually listen to this, in my opinion it is as if he spoke it yesterday. Please listen and watch, what he is saying is still going on.
