Bill forwarded your session notes to me, which I hungrily gobbled up with my tea this morning. I looked over the Event Journal and was blown away. I was thinking, "I already do that, but ok, send it anyway." Sure, I wrote down ideas on how to make it better next time, and had my list of what to bring, etc, but wasn't asking myself additional questions, i.e., how to spin the event to the media, what I did right and wrong, what do I want to do better next time or simply how can we make this more profitable and successful next time around.
I will add this to our own system and watch it morph into something even more extraordinary. I also enjoyed the Satisfied to Motivated article you sent me that you wrote. We always use the phrase from Zig Ziglar, "I am always happy, but never satisfied," so thought that was where you were going on the article.
I love the examples, and the comments on being a good salesperson hit home for me, as well. Thanks again for all you are doing on our Elite Coaching. We won this as a prize from the Martial Arts Supershow and we are continuing on to reach heights I never thought. Have a great weekend!
